This Privacy Policy explains what information the Jusgamble Discord bot (“the Bot”) stores and how it is used. By using the Bot, you acknowledge this policy.
1. Data We Collect
The Bot stores a minimal set of identifiers and gameplay statistics:

We do not intentionally collect email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or message content beyond what Discord delivers to process slash-command interactions.
2. How We Use Data
- Operate games (roulette, blackjack, and related commands).
- Maintain virtual balances, payouts, and daily rewards.
- Prevent abuse (e.g. one active game per user, cooldown enforcement).
- Improve reliability (e.g. restoring unfinished games after a restart).
3. Storage & Retention
- Economy and game data are stored in local JSON database files used by the Bot.
- Data is retained while needed to provide the service or until you request deletion.
- Stale in-progress game sessions may expire automatically after inactivity.
4. Sharing & Sale of Data
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
- Data may only be disclosed if required by law, to protect the service, or when you request support.
- Discord itself processes interactions under Discord’s Privacy Policy.
5. Security
Access to the Bot’s host environment and data files should be limited to authorized operators. No method of electronic storage is fully secure; we take reasonable steps appropriate for a small entertainment bot, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
- Stop using the Bot at any time by not invoking its commands and/or removing it from servers you control.
- To request deletion of your stored User ID and economy records, contact the Bot operator via the support channel or application owner listed on the Discord app page.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Bot is intended for users who meet Discord’s age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of Discord’s own platform rules.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Bot after updates means you accept the revised policy.
