Terms of Service
By inviting, using, or interacting with the Jusgamble Discord bot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and stop using it.
Virtual currency only.
All in-game credits, balances, rewards, and other economy values are purely virtual.
They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash,
goods, or services outside the Bot, and cannot be transferred for real money.
1. Eligibility
- You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You must have permission to add and use bots in the Discord server where the Bot is present.
- You are responsible for any activity performed through your Discord account.
2. Virtual Currency & Games
- The Bot provides entertainment games (including roulette and blackjack) and an in-bot economy.
- Credits, balances, daily bonuses, winnings, and losses exist solely within the Bot for gameplay.
- Virtual currency is not property, has no cash equivalent, and may be reset or adjusted at any time.
- Game outcomes are generated programmatically for entertainment and do not involve real-money gambling.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Bot or its systems.
- Do not use the Bot to harass, spam, scam, or disrupt other users or servers.
- Do not manipulate balances, automate unfair advantages, or circumvent cooldowns.
- Do not use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord’s rules.
4. Availability & Changes
- The Bot is provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice.
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- We may restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or Discord’s policies.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jusgamble and its operators are not liable for any loss of virtual currency, data, server disruption, or other damages arising from use of the Bot. You use the Bot at your own risk.
